“Some creative acts offer resolve, some open up conversation and still others give forth calm visual splendor: the inspiration of beauty.”
I often think of creativity as a political act, as it contrasts with direct action the negative forces we face in life. Some creative acts offer resolve, some open up conversation and still others give forth calm visual splendor: the inspiration of beauty.
“Living inspired is therefore an act of counter, reshape and redirect: of hope.”
In the arena of interior design all the above can apply. In a world constructed for order, living a life of inspiration can be a political act, especially when in direct defiance to the architects of social structure. The built environment is pure soil to this thought, having control over how we live defies the given dogma. Living inspired is therefore an act of counter, reshape and redirect: of hope.
